Using the Saunny Infrared Sauna Blanket is easy! Follow the instructions below:
Place the Infrared Sauna Blanket on a flat bed or surface. Don’t use it if it’s wrinkled or creased.
Securely connect the sauna blanket to the controller. Loose connections may void the warranty.
Set the controller to 77–158°F, then adjust up to 176°F. Don’t exceed 50 minutes.
Unfold the Sauna Blanket carefully and insert the infrared Sauna Blanket liner if you have one included.
Get into the Sauna Blanket, lie down comfortably, and relax while it heats up.
Disconnect the controller, let the blanket cool, then wipe the inside clean.
When the inside is completely dry, fold the sauna blanket neatly and store it in the provided storage bag.
