At Saunny, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and timelines to ensure a smooth shopping experience. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States (mainland only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. outlying territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • European Union countries — including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy.
  • Asia-Pacific regions — including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea.

Regions We Do Not Ship To:

  • U.S. outlying territories (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as these are not supported by our shipping carriers.
  • Remote or restricted areas, including but not limited to certain conflict zones, sanctioned countries, or regions with limited carrier access (e.g., North Korea, Syria, Crimea).
  • Any other countries or regions not explicitly listed above.

For countries or regions not listed in our shipping destinations, please contact our customer service at info@saunny.com to confirm whether we can ship to your location.

Note: If you’re unsure about your address or shipping eligibility, please reach out to us at info@saunny.com before placing your order.


2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 USD (before taxes).
For orders under $200 USD, a flat shipping fee of $20 USD will apply.

Shipping fees are automatically applied at checkout based on your order total. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


4. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • United States : 3-7 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 3-10 business days

Note: These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


5. International Shipping

For international orders (outside the United States):

  • Customs and Duties: You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services).

Note: Tracking may not be available for some international shipments, depending on the destination and carrier.


7. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services to deliver your orders. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@saunny.com within 30 days of the shipping date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution (e.g., a replacement or refund, at our discretion).
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@saunny.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to our Refun Policy

9. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
